U.S. Senator Visits

U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) visited Corflex October 25th 2011. During her visit, Senator Ayotte toured the production and packaging facilities and spent time answering questions from employee’s about making health care more affordable, lowering the corporate tax rate, and discussed eliminating the upcoming Medical Device Tax.

Novation Contract

Corflex has been awarded a Supplier Diversity Agreement with Novation for Orthopedic Softgoods. This 3 year deal that offers market competitive pricing became effective in July of 2011. Novation has established a Supplier Diversity Program committed to supporting minority, women owned and Veteran owned businesses such as Corflex. Novation acts as the supply contracting company for nearly 25,000 member organizations to help them manage and reduce supply costs.

GSA Advantage Association

Corflex announces the addition of its full product line to the GSA Advantage website (www.gsaadvantage.gov). GSA Advantage is the U. S. Government’s premier online shopping system allowing millions of Federal employees worldwide instant access to Corflex products. Many Military and VA Hospitals order there products through GSA Advantage.

Corporate Charity

For the 12th year in a row we have worked with Make A Wish of New Hampshire as our primary corporate charity. As part of the nation’s largest and most recognized wish granting organization Make A Wish brings children’s wishes to life with passion and creativity throughout the year. As a Platinum sponsor of the Landmark Benefits Golf Tournament every June we have helped raise over $500,000 for this great cause.

Psychologically Healthy Workplace 2011

Corflex has received an award from the New Hampshire Chapter of the American Psychology Association for being a psychologically healthy place to work. The Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards are designed to recognize organizations for their efforts to foster employee health and well-being while enhancing organizational performance.
